LASH EXTENSIONS BEFORE CARE

If you have fair eyelashes it is recommended to have them tinted before your eyelash extension appointment. Preferably arrive with no makeup or at least no mascara and do not perm or curl your eyelashes before your eyelash extension appointment. If you wear contact lenses please bring your contact lens case as your lenses will need to be removed.

LASH EXTENSIONS AFTER CARE

To ensure your Nouveau Lashes are long lasting and stay beautiful proper care and maintenance are required.
For the first two hours after Nouveau Lashes treatment do not allow water to contact the lashes. For two days after Nouveau Lashes treatment do not steam your face, use a steam bath, swim or wash your face with hot water. Do not use waterproof mascara or mascara remover on Nouveau Lashes as makeup remover will affect the bonding of Nouveau Lashes. Only use water based mascara on Nouveau Lashes tip. Do not perm Nouveau Lashes. Do not use a lash curler, as it will break both the Nouveau Lashes and natural lashes. Do not rub eyes or Nouveau Lashes when washing face, instead blot your face and apply a gently pressure to your closed eyes then allow the extensions to dry naturally. Don't try to dry them with the towel or hair dryer. always pat lashes dry after cleansing. An occasional short visit to the sauna is fine. However going on a daily basis may cause earlier maintenance as the lashes could prematurely fall off or tilt in a different direction from your natural lash.Be gentle and respect your new lashes. Avoid rubbing your eyes and do not pick and play with your lashes Resist the temptation to touch or pull at your stunning new lashes as this will pull out your own natural lashesAvoid getting them caught on clothes and towelsDo not use eye make-up remover that contains any type of oil products such as petroleumDo keep the eye area clean. This is very important. Some ladies love their lashes so much they don't even want to get them wet at all. Avoiding proper hygiene can result in an eye infection whether wearing eyelash extensions or notTry and sleep on your back to avoid crushing your extensions in the pillow
